Agreement

These terms apply when you use the UrduBolo app or its services. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You need an account to watch. Keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under it. Give us accurate details when you sign up so we can reach you about your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Some content requires a paid subscription. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you pay.

• Subscriptions bought through Google Play are billed by Google and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel any time in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds for Play Store purchases follow Google Play's refund policy.

Device limits

Each plan allows a limited number of devices. The app will tell you when you reach the limit and let you remove a device you no longer use.

Acceptable use

Do not record, download, copy, re-upload or redistribute content from the app. Do not share your account so that others can watch on it, and do not attempt to bypass any security, geographic or subscription restriction. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Content

The catalogue changes over time. Titles may be added or removed, and availability can differ by region. We do not promise that any particular title will remain available.

Intellectual property

All content in the app is owned by UrduBolo or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch it inside the app. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features.

Ending your access

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service unlawfully.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, UrduBolo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
