Delete Your Account

This page explains how to ask us to delete your UrduBolo account
(app package pk.urdubolo.app) and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
Email support@urdubolo.net from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account.
We reply to confirm, then delete the account. Please send it from the account's own email address so we can be sure the request is really from you.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile, including your email and name
- Your watch history and Continue Watching progress
- Your list of saved titles
- Your registered devices
- Your support messages and any attachments
What we keep, and for how long
Payment and transaction records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires. These records are kept only for that legal purpose and are not used to identify you as a user of the app.
How long it takes
Your account is deleted within 30 days of your request. Backup copies are removed within a further 90 days.
Cancel your subscription first
If you subscribed through Google Play, deleting your UrduBolo account does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions, otherwise Google will keep billing you.
